You do not want to argue with your parents, especially if they are Yoruba. Look, my mom is a no-nonsense woman. Yes means Yes and No means No. You get out of line, you get checked straight up. You're probably wondering "Isn't she going to tell us about all the places she went to". Well, I could talk about visiting Madame Tussauds and seeing all those life-size wax figures. I was completely entranced. They looked so realistic. It was uncanny; almost disturbing if I'm being totally honest. what state is brandon falls in I could also talk about visiting Warner Bros. Studio. Look let me tell you, this particular adventure really was an adventure I'd love to repeat anytime. All day, every day. Call me a kid, but seeing the studio where some of my favourite movies came to life, I was giddy. Lightheaded even. Guys!!!! Harry Potter was born in that studio. All 8 movies. How could I not be excited? *laughs in childish* Now, if you want the best tour of London, get on the Big Bus Hop on Hop off tour. Best believe you'll see almost everything you need to see. You'd be in a double-decker bus so you can sit in the lower deck or the open deck, depends on the weather really. The weather in London can be quite "bipolar" if I do say so myself. But whichever tickles your fancy. Popular places on this tour include the London Eye, Kensington Gardens, St. Paul's Cathedral and the Tower of London.

When last did you go on tour? Now I haven't travelled in a while but let me tell you about the last time I travelled. So I had just graduated, right? My dad thought "Oh you've done great, baby girl. You deserve your accolades and a treat". How could I say no to that? Who would say no anyway? I remember clearly, it was a late Friday in July. I had gone google call brandon shopping the previous days so I was well stocked with clothes and accessories. Oh! I was ready to shine, I was ready for everyone to know my "Ideniny". First of all, I was so excited that I could not sleep for days. Friday came and I was so tired, I slept through most of the day and I almost missed my flight. That would have been tragic! Fast forward to actually getting to England. So we decided to tour England a bit. We went from Liverpool to London to Manchester to Brighton to Leicester and so many more cities. I was on a roll people. Dining out, going on bus tours, visiting Madame Tussauds, the London eye and a lot of tourist attractions. We went from hotel to hotel; ultimately we were travel nomads at that point in mind. Can't say I wasn't sad when I had to leave and come back home. Of course, I knew there would be other chances to travel again but I'll be honest, I did not want to come back home. I wanted to stay there forever. I actually begged my parents to let me stay back but they said "NO" and that was it.

Many experts have deemed this negative input, this bad feeling when you don't immediately respond to the ding as FOMO or Fear of Missing Out. In short, someone somewhere said something and if I don't look at it right now I will have less information than everyone else I know. I will be the one left out. This is one reason that according to kids y phone experts, kids especially young girls, would rather allow cyber bullying to happen than tell to an adult and chance losing their smartphone. As a parent, while your tween or teen having a smartphone can be very convenient for you, it can also be very dangerous. If your child isn't very careful, well educated and trained to its proper use, a smartphone can be a direct conduit to your child for any stalker or online predator.

Should I get my kid a smartphone? What you are really asking is: Does your child possess the self restraint, impulse control and willpower to turn it off? Can they ignore the noise and let it wait till the appropriate time or otherwise resist responding to the constant stimulus from it? Or will they be like Pavlov's dog, subconsciously responding to the phone every time it dings. There are dozens of articles, many of them good, but few address the question at its core. Is my kid mature enough to process that level of stimuli without becoming debilitated by it? Is my child ready to have a device in their pocket 24-7 that has access to every part yphone kids of the internet, social media, files, interactions, apps and whatnot? The short answer is NO, most people under the age of 23 don't possess the impulse control or self restraint to not jump to the phones every time it makes a noise. There are many studies that point to the fact that the fast moving pixels, the instant response from the friends, the likes on that Instagram photo or what ever, all provide an instant shot of gratification, a dopamine burst that provides a neural response similar to a small hit of an opium or a kiss or driving to fast. This little rush reinforces their need to respond to the device. It rewards them for jumping to its whim and makes them feel bad when they don't.

Smartphones are small, mobile and leave the home a lot, which makes it easy for them to end up in the hands of other people. This can lead to sensitive information, like home addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses and private photos ending up the y phone somewhere they shouldn't. I'm not suggesting that people ban their kids from smartphones, but here are a few tips to help your kids be smart with their smartphones: Lead by Example: Young people learn their values from their parents, often subconsciously. If you text when you're driving, your kids will subconsciously register that this is OK. Show your children sensible smartphone usage by your own behavior. Talk: We all know that prevention better than cure, so talk with your child about all the potential situations before they arise. As with all new experiences, set some ground rules for use of their Smartphone. Give your child the tools to make the right choices and keep the channels of communication open should they need your help. Keep a watchful eye on your bills: A careful look at your bills will soon tell you at what time of day (or night) your child is using the phone. Is it in line with the ground rules you agreed?

For starters, we all know that smartphones are far more than just a phone, - that's why we have them! However, when your kid has a Blackberry, iPhone or whatever their gadget of choice is, they have a powerful web-connected computer in their pocket. "So what?" I hear you cry. "My kid has a PC at home, too. How is this any different?" In reality, you have iq phone much greater control on what your child interacts with on a home computer, be it through supervision or parental controls. The benefit of mobile internet becomes a risk factor: your child can access the internet any place, any time, including without your supervision. If they can access the web to do their homework, they can also access it to do other things when they should be studying, and when they should be asleep. When I was a child, I used to sneak a book and a torch under the covers and secretly read. Is your teen updating their Facebook status?

Think back 10 years, where you were, what you were doing. Could you have imagined a gadget, which was affordable, fit in the palm of your hand, and which was a y phone, pager, camera, personal organizer, GPS, Walkman, computer and camcorder all in one? I know I couldn't - it would have sounded like something from a sci-fi movie! Smartphones are amazing. They've changed the World, as well as how we communicate with each other and how we can manage our lives. It's safe to say that they are a marvel of the modern age. All those functions mean that the smartphone gives us fantastic opportunities to be more productive and stay in touch better. On the flip-side, they can cause problems and, in the case of your kids, they can simply be dangerous. I'm not trying to be alarmist, and I'm not against technology, or advocating locking children away from the outside World - it's simply some suggestions of how to get the most out of Smartphone technology and avoiding the pitfalls - particularly when it comes to teenagers.

The United States has a number of golf vacations which would enchant all golf lovers. If you are familiar with golf then you know that golf courses fall under four categories: Private, Resort, Semi-private and Public. Here are the top 25 golf vacations: This location is referred to as the Miniature golf galxy Capitol of the world. There are about sixty accommodations, eighty-five golf courses and four golf schools in Myrtle Beach. This is one perfect place for a golf vacation for all the golf lovers. There are two alternatives for accommodation: rent a condo or check in to a hotel. One hotel that I would recommend is the Holiday Inn as it has a lovely beach front view. It has five pools and you may also get free continental breakfast. Majority of the people in the country come to this location to relax and play golf. Palm Beach is one of the locations that have first class golf courses like the TPC at Heron Bay and PGA National Courses. This is the location that is not only famous for golf courses but also shopping and lovely beaches. The West Palm Beach resort is the place to stay when you are in Palm Beach. The Breakers West Palm Beach golf course is well-known golf course in Palm Beach. Palm Beach is a home to an excellent art museum, Professional Golfers Associations and excellent Japanese garden.

El Chaparral is a club which closed several years ago for reasons that I don't need to go into now. The course has now risen from the ashes and is trying to build a reputation for itself. Purely for research purposes, I tested out the clubhouse both before and after my round at El Chaparral and I found the staff to be particularly welcoming and they really did their best to make us feel at home. Even though El Chaparral gold galaxy is only a stones throw from the coast it has an English parkland course feel to it. The fairways are long and narrow and I found the course testing, I didn't have enough room to risk my driver off many tee's yet I needed the driver to get the distance I needed off the tee's to get any chance of reaching the green in regulation. El Chaparral is extremely hilly and walking it is only for the bravest of golfers. Overall I would describe it as a very tricky course, bordering on frustrating, it tempted me to use the driver but punished me when I did! The course is a little pricey for what you get. It was quiet when I played it but I've been back since and it is gaining in popularity.

There is a driving range on the approach road to the course, so if you arrive early you can loosen up your swing. Alternatively you could take the approach Andy and I prefer, loosen up with a San Miguel at the bar before you tee off. Cabopino golf has a golf galazy pleasant clubhouse, with a pleasant sun terrace where you can sit, eat, drink and enjoy the views of the ocean. The staff in the bar and restaurant are friendly staff and they serve good quality food. The short at only course is only 5,170 meters long but it's has tight fairways and is challenging. The greens are large and were of fantastic quality when we last visited. The third hole is the one most people enjoy the most and it's not one you will forget, it's a par 4 which drops dramatically from the tee to the green and has outstanding views. A buggy is advisable on this course, which is hilly.

The first hole is extremely difficult with a narrow fairway and rocks to the sides of the fairway, which send your ball bouncing high in to the sky, never to be seen again. As you progress the course gets tougher and if you are not really on top of your game you could easily become golfgalaxy more and more disheartened as you progress around the course. I stopped counting shots after I lost my tenth golf ball! By the 18th I had suffered several episodes of golf rage and was close to a nervous breakdown. I've read course guides say that this course "compels golfers to concentrate on their game and choose with care which club they should use for every stroke." Personally I would say this course is one of the toughest golf course on the Costa del Sol. This course is at best described as a challenge for an experienced player who is on top form, at worst its tight and downright cruel. Alhaurin golf course is generally cheaper to play than most other local golf courses.

The Costa del sol golf course guide is a "rough guide" and is purely the personal opinion of the author. Please take in to consideration that these comments are subjective, personal opinions and standards of golf differ. Please take this rough guide as exactly that, an honest, personal opinion from a golfsmith fellow golf addict. Alcaidesa Links Golf Course, Costa del Sol, Spain. Alcaidesa golf course is a 18 hole, par 70 golf course. Address: Ctra de Cadiz (N340), Km 124.6, La Linea, Cadiz. Tel: +34 956 791 040. This is a beautiful and tricky golf course for every standard of golfer from 28 handicap to scratch. Allis and Clark have made and admirable attempt to create a rare links course on the Costa. Stunning views across the bay to Gibraltar and hilly terrain make it a delight to play. Take plenty of balls, as the fairways are tight and unforgiving surrounded by gorse and ravines. A buggy is needed - even for the fittest amongst us- and as you play consider taking an extra club up on par threes because of deceptive wind.
